GABRIEL MEDINA S.

Mr. Gabriel received a law degree from the Universidad Externado de Colombia in Bogota, Colombia. He specialized in Financial Law  from de same university. He also received diploma in Tax Law from the Universidad del Rosario, in International Trade from CESA, and diploma in International Business Law – IBLP from the University of Nebraska and the Institute for American and International Law, Dallas Texas.

Mr. Gabriel currently serves as Professor of Banking and Financial Contracts at the Universidad Sergio Arboleda – School of Law. He was also Professor of Business Law at the Universidad de la Sabana- School of International Business Administration.  He is an author of several influential articles and publications including:  “The Civil Trust as a tool for Estate Planning”,   “IFC`S Syndication Loan Agreements”  and “True Sale and securitization of assets in Colombia”.  He is a Member of the CAC (Colegio de Abogados Comercialistas) and the Chamber of Commerce and Industrial Colombo-Chilean. Mr. Gabriel is also an ex - Member of the Legal Committee of ASOFIDUCIARIAS and FEDELEASING.
